Who we are

This website belongs to BBCONSTRUCT ALLESTIMENTI DI LILLO CARUSO, a sole proprietorship registered in Italy, with its registered office at Via Gratosoglio 115, 20142 Milano (MI), Italy.

What you will find here

The website presents our services and some of the projects we have worked on: exhibition stands, event fit-outs and showrooms. Nothing is sold on this website and no contracts are concluded here. Prices, deadlines and conditions for each job are set out in the written offer and in the contract we sign with each client.

Since we do not sell anything online, there are no payments, orders or returns on this website.

The contact form

The form does not send your data to our server. When you press the button, WhatsApp opens with your message already filled in, and you decide whether to send it. WhatsApp's own terms also apply to the conversation on WhatsApp. How we use your data is explained in the Privacy policy.

Copyright and trademarks

The texts, photos, videos and graphics on this website may not be copied, republished or used for commercial purposes without our written consent. The names and trademarks in the project titles belong to their owners and are used only to identify the work. This does not mean that their owners endorse this website or our services.

Liability

The information on this website is general and may change at any time. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage resulting from its use. We are also not responsible for the content of external websites linked from here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live and you may bring proceedings before the courts there. For disputes between businesses, the courts of Milan have jurisdiction.

These terms are published in Romanian, English, Italian, French and German. If the versions differ, the Italian version prevails.
