Data controller

The data controller is BBCONSTRUCT ALLESTIMENTI DI LILLO CARUSO, with its registered office at Via Gratosoglio 115, 20142 Milano (MI), Italy, VAT number (Partita IVA) 14751580961. You can write to us at info.bbconstruct@pec.it or call us on +39 329 873 6603. We have not appointed a data protection officer (DPO), as the law does not require us to.

We process data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Italian Personal Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003).

What data we use

• Contact form data: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message. The website does not save this data or send it to our server. When you press the button, WhatsApp opens with the text already filled in. The data only reaches us if you send the message from WhatsApp, together with your WhatsApp number and profile name.
• Data in messages you send us directly, by phone, WhatsApp or PEC.
• Technical data that every web server records when a page is opened: IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser type. We use it to run the website, keep it secure and see its traffic statistics. Only we look at it; we do not publish it or pass it on.

Your name, email address and message are needed so that we can reply. The phone number is optional.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To reply to your request and prepare an offer: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
• To perform the contract, if we sign one: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• To meet tax and accounting obligations: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
• To keep the website secure and understand its traffic: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in preventing attacks and abuse and in knowing how the website is visited.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not make automated decisions based on it.

How long we keep it

• Requests that do not lead to a contract: as long as needed to reply and discuss the offer.
• Contract documents and invoices: 10 years, as required by Italian law (Article 2220 of the Italian Civil Code).
• Technical server data: 60 days, then deleted automatically.

Who else may receive the data

• WhatsApp Ireland Limited, when you use WhatsApp. WhatsApp processes data under its own policy, https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy-eea, and may transfer data outside the European Economic Area, including to the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, USA), the provider that hosts and delivers the website, as a processor. Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
• The person who keeps our accounts and public authorities, only when the law requires it.

Cookies and local storage

This website does not use cookies. It has no third-party statistics tools, advertising, social media buttons or content loaded from other websites. The fonts and the map are hosted together with the website.

The website stores two items in your browser's local storage (localStorage): the language you chose, under the name "limba", to open the website in the same language next time, and the time you closed the IP address notice, under the name "informare-ip", so that it does not appear on every visit. This is technical information needed for the service you asked for, so it does not require consent. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to us at info.bbconstruct@pec.it or call us on +39 329 873 6603 and we will reply within one month.

Complaints

If you think your data is not being processed correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Roma, https://www.garanteprivacy.it/ or with the data protection authority of the country where you live or work.

Changes

If we change the way we use data, we will update this page and the date shown at the top.
